TASTING NOTES: 2019 Late Harvest Picual: A robust oil with aromas of spicy green tomato leaf and green grass. It shows a well balanced bitterness with lingering flavours of wild horseradish and artichoke. This oil has a golden colour.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This olive oil pairs well with hearty salads including grains or cous-cous. It can also be used as a delicious finishing touch on soups and risottos immediately before serving.
DETAILS: Our Picual olives are grown, pressed, and bottled on our farm in the pristine cool climate of Southern Tasmania. We’re excited to share this single estate, cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil with you, awarded a silver medal at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards 2019.
SHIPPING: We’re only able to offer shipping within Australia at the current time, and use Australia Post. Each order is charged a flat shipping fee of $12, with free delivery for orders over $99.
